Head Instructor SiFu Kris Kofstad has been training in various martial arts diciplines for over 22 years. His experience with the combat arts began at age 8 in Korean Tang Soo Do. He then began training with Master Instructor SiGung Nick Garcia learning the Southern Chinese Boxing system of Li Chia Gung Fu from Tiawan. He currently holds a Black Belt in both Chinese Gung Fu and Filipino Kali along with a group leader ranking under Amo Guro Blackgrave in S.E.A.M.O.K and continues seminar training each year. He is a Coach under Erik Paulson -Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW), an Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto and Sifu Kenny Barry - World Martial Arts, Jacksonville. He has trained with instructors such as SiKung Nick Garcia, Amo Guro Micheal Bleckgrave, SiFu Francis Fong, SiFu Lee Peacock, SiFu Kenny Barry, Sean Sherk, Mike Brown, Royce Gracie, Guro Dan Inosanto, and Sensei Erik Paulson. SiFu Kofstad also teaches Combat Submission Wrestling, Filipino Martial Arts and Jun Fan Gung Fu classes at (WMA) World Martial Arts, Jacksonville.
